With over 25 years combined experience of recruiting we know a thing or two about assessing and understanding positions. Not just the standard salary and hours, but the personalities in the senior management team, the possibility of progression and what a typical working week might involve.
We want to understand the culture between teams and the pressure that may exist, the more we know about your target business and position the better 'picture' we can paint. Our job is to view a client through your eyes and make sure it could be a positive step in your career.

Negotiations ... certainly the hardest part to quantify but our experience of negotiating terms, mediating on both sides and ultimately arriving at a conclusion that suits everyone is our real passion ... we can't always explain the how or the why but we know it makes all the difference.
